A Rp50,000 deposit applies to detailing and coating bookings, is deducted from the final bill, and is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 times and must be requested at least 5 hours before the booking.

Result and duration estimates may change depending on the actual vehicle condition. Paint correction can reduce light scratches/swirl marks, but deep scratches are not guaranteed to disappear completely.

Nano Coating 10H carries a 1-year warranty with maintenance at Starpoint Garage and complimentary maintenance every 6 months during the warranty. Exclusions include falls/accidents, deep scratches, outside treatments, or unsuitable self-washing tools/methods.

Home service and pickup/delivery are free within 3 km. Additional distance is charged by location. Premium Signature Wash and Helmet Care are workshop-only.
